Week 5 half marathon training

Training continues. Working up on that mileage.

I bought myself a Garmin Forerunner 230. It is a very nice GPS watch and so far I'm very pleased with it.

That last photo was after my first 90 minute run. Boy was it cold. Middle 20 degrees, with a 10-15 mph wind. It sucked! Haha!
